Update re. Suspension
Further to the Final Results announcement published at 7.00 a.m. on 9 February 2018, Kennedy Ventures plc ("Kennedy Ventures" or "the Company), the AIM quoted investment company who, through its stake in African Tantalum (Pty) Limited ("Aftan"), has an interest in the Namibia Tantalite Investment Mine in Namibia, expects to be able to confirm that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts have been sent to shareholders later today. Following this confirmation the Company expects the suspension of its shares to be lifted and the Company will release a further announcement when this has been done.
