Publication of notice of Annual General Meeting

 

Kennedy Ventures plc announces that a Notice has been sent to Shareholders to convene the Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). The AGM will be held at 10.00 a.m. on Thursday 24 April 2014 at the offices of Morrison & Foerster (UK) LLP, CityPoint, One Ropemaker Street, London EC2Y 9AW.

Copies of the Notice are available from the Company's registered office at c/o Morrison & Foerster (UK) LLP, CityPoint, One Ropemaker Street, London EC2Y 9AW until the date of the AGM. The Notice will also be available for download from the Company's website  www.kvplc.com.
