Appointment of Director
MSS is pleased to announce the appointment of Jamie Reynolds as a Director. Mr Reynolds, 34, joined MSS in December 2009 from GSH Group plc, where he held the role of co-CEO.
Mr Reynolds holds 55,250 shares in Company representing 0.03% of the Company's current issued share capital.
Save as disclosed below there are no additional disclosures to be made in accordance with paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM rules for Jamie Reynolds.
Jamie Reynolds does not currently hold any other directorships.
