TheΒ Company is pleased to announceΒ thatΒ Euan McAlpineΒ will join the Board asΒ a non-executive directorΒ on 1Β SeptemberΒ 2008.
Mr McAlpine (50)Β joins from Cazenove Capital Management Ltd, where for the past eight years he has worked as a fund manager with an emphasis on business developmentΒ in theΒ north-westΒ ofΒ England.Β Β He joined Cazenove from Seamless Holdings Ltd, a manufacturer and installer of epoxy resin floor systems and decorative flake wall systems for industrial use,Β where he was Chairman and managing directorΒ forΒ 3Β years.Β Prior to joiningΒ Seamless Holdings,Β Mr McAlpine workedΒ in a variety of rolesΒ for the Alfred McAlpine group of companies.
Mr McAlpine has voting interests inΒ 100,000Β ordinaryΒ shares representing 0.11% of the Company's current issued share capital.

Euan McAlpine is currently a director of Ringcity Ltd andΒ has been a director ofΒ Persicle LtdΒ during the last five years.
Mr McAlpine was the non-executive Chairman ofΒ Fearnley Group fromΒ November 1997Β to September 1999. The company was bought in a management buy-in November 1997. In September 1999, the main lender requested that a receiver be appointed at which point Mr McAlpine resigned. The company is now in liquidation phaseΒ andΒ there are not believed to be anyΒ outstanding creditors.
