Worthington Nicholls Group plc22 November 2007 Worthington Nicholls Group plc ("Worthington Nicholls" or the "Company") Change of Directorate and Adviser The Board of Worthington Nicholls announces that Messrs David Levis, StephenMulligan and Christopher Neilson have resigned as Directors of the company withimmediate effect. The Board also announces the appointment of Rodney Mann asDeputy Chairman, Simon Beart as Chief Executive and William Good as GroupFinance Director with immediate effect.
