Capital Markets Event

Today, Keywords Studios, the international technical and creative services provider to the global video games industry, is hosting a Capital Markets Day for analysts and investors at 14:00 BST in London. The event will be hosted by Bertrand Bodson, CEO, and Jon Hauck, CFO, and will include presentations from members of Keywords Studios' senior management from across the Group.

The event will provide an update on the Group's strategic priorities and investment plans as it builds on its strong platform to drive sustainable growth in the buoyant video games sector and beyond. The presentations will expand on:

· How Keywords will develop strategic customer partnerships to create and capture more value together;

· The introduction of new technologies that will enable Keywords to work smarter, do more and stay at the forefront of the industry;

· Plans to galvanise the Group's "One Keywords" culture of entrepreneurialism and collaboration, including through a simplified structure with the existing service lines coming together to become Create, Globalize and Engage;

· Establish Keywords as the destination for talent and career development;

· Leverage the Group's capabilities into adjacent markets that are increasingly in need of video games expertise; and

· Build the platform through M&A, particularly in Game Development, Marketing, technology and selective adjacencies.

Update on Current Trading and Outlook

Keywords has made a positive start to the year with strong organic revenue growth in the first four months and we are confident that the performance for the full year will be in line with current expectations. Keywords remains well-funded to deliver on its organic growth and acquisition strategy, with the acquisition of Forgotten Empires announced separately this morning.

The next scheduled update on trading will be the Group's interim results in September 2022.
