Keywords Studios, the international technical and creative services provider to the global video games industry, confirms that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2020, including notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held on 26 May 2021, is now available on the Group's website www.keywordsstudios.com.
Notice of Annual General Meeting
Given current instructions from the UK Government regarding COVID-19 and the restrictions on social contact, public gatherings and non-essential travel, we regrettably cannot allow shareholders to attend this year's AGM in person. We will however broadcast the AGM via videoconference with a question and answer facility.
The AGM will take place at 11.00 am on 26 May 2021 at the offices of Keywords Studios, 39 Earlham Street, London, WC2H 9LT, United Kingdom, with very limited attendees. Shareholders are encouraged to register to join the videoconference using the URL: https://www.keywordsstudios.com/agm2021/.
Should a shareholder have a question that they would like to raise at the AGM, the Board would ask that either they ask the question in advance of the AGM by sending an email to agm@keywordsstudios.com by 24 May 2021 or by joining the AGM videoconference on the day and using the 'Q&A' function.
The Board of Directors strongly encourages shareholders to vote by proxy.
The Board will continue to monitor opportunities to meet with shareholders later in the year, guided by the relevant safety advice at the time.
