Kingswalk Investments Limited (AIM: KWI), the investment company, today announces that on 15 March 2011 it was notified that Mr Kenneth Reginald West controls voting rights in respect of 5,100,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company, which represents approximately 5.4% of the total voting rights attached to the Company's issued share capital.
