The Company was informed today that following the purchase of 714,285 ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company on 23 October 2012 at 0.58p per Ordinary Share, Mr. Rod Gentry, a director of the Company, increased his holding to 31,426,143 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company , representing 11.1 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
