Directors' Dealing

The Company was informed yesterday that following the purchase of 1,088,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 1.18p per Ordinary Share on 31 July 2013, 343,000 of which were purchased through his SIPP with the remainder purchased by persons connected to him, Mr John Morton, a director of the Company, increased his holding from 43,825,058 Ordinary Shares to 44,913,058 Ordinary Shares, representing 7.94 per cent of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company ("Issued Share Capital").

The Company was also informed yesterday that following the purchase of 212,180 Ordinary Shares at 1.18p per Ordinary Share on 31 July 2013 through his SIPP, Mr Roderick Gentry, a director of the Company, increased his holding from 38,699,820 Ordinary Shares to 38,912,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.89 per cent of the Issued Share Capital.
