Directors' Dealings
European Wealth was notified that Kenneth ("Buzz") West, a Non-executive Director, purchased 7,500 ordinary shares in European Wealth at 78.5 pence per ordinary share on 16 October 2015.
Following this transaction, Mr. West's total beneficial holding in the Company is 326,306 ordinary shares, representing approximately 1.4 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
