RESULT OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING
The Company announces that at the Extraordinary General Meeting held earlier today, the Resolution was duly passed.
As a result of this, and in line with the circular issued by the Company on 27 November 2019 (the "Circular") and the related announcement, the last day of dealings in the Company's Shares on AIM is expected to be 27 December 2019 and the Cancellation of Shares on AIM will be effective from 7.00am on the 30 December 2019 (the "Cancellation").
The Directors are aware that certain Shareholders may be unable or unwilling to hold Shares following the Cancellation. Such Shareholders should consider selling their Shares in the market prior to the Cancellation. The Board is not making any recommendation as to whether or not Shareholders should buy or sell Shares.
Accordingly, the Company's administrator, FIM Capital Limited ("FIM"), will make arrangements to provide a Matched Bargain Facility, to assist Shareholders to trade in the Shares, to be put in place following the Cancellation. Under the Matched Bargain Facility, Shareholders wishing to acquire or dispose of Shares will be able to leave an indication with FIM through their stockbroker. There can be no guarantee that orders for the disposal or acquisition of Shares will be capable of being matched.
Details of the Matched Bargain Facility will be made available to Shareholders on the Company's website (www.kuberacrossborderfund.com), which is expected to be available following the Cancellation.

Capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement have the meaning given to them in the Circular.
