KSK Power Ventur plc ("KSK")
Indian subsidiary listing date
KSK Power Ventur plc (AIM: KSK.L), the power project company listed on AIM, with interests in multiple power plants across India, is pleased to announce that further to its announcement dated 17 June 2008 and the successful completion of the IPO in India of its subsidiary KSK Energy Ventures Limited ("KSKEV"), it is anticipated that the equity shares of KSKEV will be listed and traded on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited from 14 July 2008.
Under the KSKEV pre-IPO & the IPO offering KSKEV issued a total of 51.917 million equity shares at price of Rs.240/- per share, raising Rs.12,460 million (approximately US$ 288.6m). Following completion of the IPO, KSK will hold 55.24% of KSKEV.
