Correction to Interim Management Statement

This announcement addresses certain details contained in the RNS announcement 7647K which was released at 12.30 pm on 24th August 2012.

While the earlier RNS announcement 3285J released on 6th August 2012 carried the correct reference and details with respect to the results of Indian subsidiary KSK Energy Ventures Limited (under Indian GAAP) for Apr-June 2012, the extraction of the same in the first paragraph of the Financial Performance section in RNS 7647K carried certain typographical errors.

It may be noted that the Gross Income figures for the Indian subsidiary KSK Energy Ventures Limited (under Indian GAAP) extracted into the announcement of 24th August 2012 should have read Rs 5,934 million and Rs 4,609 million respectively and the EBITDA figures should have read Rs 2,310 million and Rs 1,846 million respectively. There are no further changes.
