Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1.R we would like to notify the market of the following:

Keystone Positive Change Investment Trust plc ('the Company')'s capital consists of 67,593,995 ordinary shares. The Company holds 8,283,590 ordinary shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 5,931,040 as at 31 July 2024 (representing 59,310,405 ordinary shares, carrying one vote for every ten ordinary shares).

The above figure (5,931,040) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Keystone Positive Change Investment Trust plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
