Holding in Company
The Company was informed on 3 February 2017 that Tetra Minerals Oy has undertaken a corporate restructuring and its assets, including the 235,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.03125 pence each in the capital of Kodal Minerals ("Ordinary Shares") have been distributed 50:50 to two successor companies: Tetra Blakeman Oy and Tetra Ekberg Oy, while Tetra Minerals Oy has been dissolved. Following this corporate restructuring, neither Tetra Blakeman Oy nor Tetra Ekberg Oy have a holding of 3% or greater of the Ordinary Shares in issue.
