Kodal Minerals, the mineral exploration and development company, announces that it has been informed that on 2 May 2023 Qingtao Zeng, non-executive director, transferred his certificated holdings of 11,392,857 ordinary shares of 0.03125 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), to a nominee account held on his behalf. Following the transfer, Qingtao Zeng's respective beneficial shareholding in the Ordinary Shares remain unchanged at 11,392,857, representing approximately 0.07% of the Company's issued share capital.
