The Company's 2019 Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 26 September 2019 at 9.30am at 4-6 Upper Crescent, Belfast, BT7 1NT.
A copy of the Notice of Annual General Meeting 2019 will shortly be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM. The Annual Report is also available on the Company's website: https://investor.kainos.com/
