Confirmation of Board Changes

Kainos Group plc (KNOS), a UK-headquartered IT provider with expertise across three divisions, Digital Services, Workday Services, and Workday Products, is pleased to confirm (as set out in the announcement of 02 May 2023) James Kidd's appointment as an independent Non-Executive Director and member of the Audit & Risk Committee.

 

In addition, with effect from 01 October 2023, James is a member of the Remuneration Committee.
