Grant of Options
Kanabo Group Plc (LSE:KNB), the patient focused healthcare technology and medicinal cannabis company, announces that on 19 June 2023 it granted options over a total of 25,050,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") to certain employees, pursuant to their terms of employment (the "Awards").
The Awards were granted were granted to certain persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") and other employees, and are summarised below:

* Mr. Sacranie has agreed to surrender 5,829,400 Options granted on 31 August 2022 which carry exercise price of 6.5p and 8p.
