Year End Trading Update

Keller Group plc ("Keller" or "the Group"), the international ground engineering specialist, is providing the following routine trading update in advance of its results for the financial year ending 31 December 2011, to be announced on 27 February 2012.

In our Interim Management Statement released on 15 November 2011 we reported that the Group's full-year revenue would be around Β£1.15bn and that profit before tax would be in the range of Β£21m to Β£23m.

Since then, overall market and trading conditions have remained largely unchanged. Accordingly, the Board continues to expect that the full year results will be in line with the guidance given in November.
