Transfer of Shares from Treasury to satisfy Performance Share Plan awards 

Keller Group plc announces that on 01 April 2009, it transferred 11,250 of its ordinary shares of 10p each out of Treasury to satisfy awards under the Keller Group Performance Share Plan 2004 previously approved by shareholders.

Following the transfer of these shares, the Company holds 2,522,000 of its shares in Treasury and has 63,796,235 ordinary shares in issue excluding Treasury shares.
