1 July 2008 Keller Group plc Transaction in Own Shares

Keller Group plc (`Keller') announces that on 30 June 2008, it purchased 350,000 of its ordinary shares of 10p each (`Shares') at 627.0 pence per share through Dresdner Kleinwort. All of these Shares will be held as Treasury Shares.

This purchase equates to approximately 0.5 per cent of Keller's current issued share capital excluding Treasury Shares prior to this purchase.

Following the purchase of these Shares, Keller holds 1,236,500 of its Shares in Treasury (of which 139,000 Shares were purchased specifically to satisfy Performance Share Plan awards) and has 65,075,735 Shares in issue excluding Treasury Shares.
