For immediate release 30 July 2014 EXTERNAL BOARD APPOINTMENT Keller Group plc ("Keller"), the international ground engineering specialist,announces the following external board appointment: Ms Ruth Cairnie will be appointed as a Non-executive Director of Rolls-Royceplc, the global provider of integrated power systems and services to the civilaerospace, defence aerospace, marine and energy markets, with effect from 1September 2014. Ms Cairnie has been a Non-executive Director of Keller since 1 June 2010 and isa member of the Nomination and Health, Safety & Environment Committees and isChair of the Remuneration Committee. Ms Cairnie is Non-executive Director of Associated British Foods plc and hasheld a number of senior international roles within Royal Dutch Shell plc, mostrecently as Executive Vice President Strategy & Planning.
