Keller Group plc ("the Company")
Keller Group plc was advised on 21 October 2009 that Mr Robert Rubright, a Director of the Company, had on 21 October 2009 exercised options over 70,000 ordinary 10p shares in the Company ("Shares") at a total exercise price of 171,800 and had simultaneously sold 46,000 Shares at a price of 765.8p per Share to meet the exercise price and the tax liability arising on the option exercise.
Following these transaction, Mr Rubright has a beneficial interest in 102,000 Shares, together with 146,678 Shares conditionally awarded under the Performance Share Plan.
