KELLER GROUP PLC ("the Company") The Company announces the following transactions by Directors of the Company inthe Company's ordinary 10p shares. All share sales were transacted on 12 March2015 at a sale price of £9.6249 per share. Mr Justin Atkinson has exercised an option over 102,340 shares at a totalexercise price of £1. He has simultaneously sold 48,269 shares to meet the taxand NI liability arising on the option exercise. Mr James Hind has exercised an option over 73,641 shares at a total exerciseprice of £1. He has simultaneously sold 34,733 shares to meet the tax and NIliability arising on the option exercise. Dr Wolfgang Sondermann has exercised an option over 82,907 shares at a totalexercise price of £1. He has simultaneously sold 32,907 shares to meet the taxliability arising on the option exercise.
