KELLER GROUP PLC - Board Appointment

Keller Group plc ("Keller"), the international ground engineering specialist,announces the appointment of Mr Paul Withers to its Board as Senior IndependentDirector, with effect from 17 December 2012.

Mr Withers, a Chartered Engineer, was formerly Group Managing Director at BPBplc ("BPB"), the international building materials business, where he combinedthe roles of Managing Director, Emerging Markets and Business DevelopmentDirector. This involved leading BPB's businesses in Asia and South America,whilst also having broad responsibility for group acquisitions and strategydevelopment. Prior to this, Mr Withers held a number of senior roles withinBPB.

Mr Withers is a non-executive director of Devro plc, Premier Farnell plc andHyder Consulting PLC.

Mr Gerry Brown, who has served on the Keller Board since 2001 and as SeniorIndependent Director since 2008, remains on the Board as a Non-executiveDirector, but will not be offering himself for re-election at the 2013 AnnualGeneral Meeting.
