Completion of Acquisition
Kitwave Group plc (AIM: KITW) is pleased to announce that, further to the announcement made on 24 September 2024, the Company has successfully completed the Acquisition of Creed Catering Supplies Limited ("Creed").
The New Ordinary Shares issued in connection with the Capital Raising were admitted to trading on AIM this morning, and following settlement of the Placing Shares and the Retail Offer Shares, and payment of the initial consideration to the existing shareholders of Creed, the Acquisition is now complete.
Further to the announcement on 25 September 2024, certain Directors of the Company have now completed the acquisition of New Ordinary Shares as part of the Placing.
Capitalised terms used in this announcement have the meanings given to them in the Launch Announcement on 24 September 2024, unless the context provides otherwise.
