Kier Group plc (the "Company") announces that it was informed on 26 April 2018 that, also on 26 April 2018, the trustee of the Kier Group Share Incentive Plan sold 310 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Shares") held on behalf of Mr Alastair Gordon-Stewart, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, at a price of £10.43 per Share.
