Kier Group plc (the "Company") announces that it was informed today that, on 13 July 2017, Mr Nigel Turner, an executive director of the Company, transferred 448 shares to Dartington Portfolio Nominees Limited for nil consideration to be held on behalf of his wife, Mrs Juliet Turner.
