Completion of disposal of Kier share in KHSA Limited to Downer Group

Further to its announcement of 15 November 2018, Kier Group plc, a leading infrastructure services, buildings and developments & housing group, announces that, on 21 December 2018, it completed the disposal of KHSA Limited to Downer Group for a total consideration of up to AUS$43.7m (c.£25m), subject to an escrow arrangement. Cash consideration of AUS$41.7m (c.£24m) was received on completion.
