Kibo Energy PLC (AIM: KIBO; AltX: KBO), the renewable energy-focused development company announces that Louis Scheepers, the Company's Chief Operating Officer, and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMR) under the Company's Share Dealing Policy Code has traded Kibo shares on January 29, 2024 (the "Share Trade"). Mr. Scheepers has obtained consent from the Company for the Share Trade and has notified the FCA in the prescribed manner. The details of the Share Trade are shown on the table below. Following the Share Trade Mr. Scheepers and Related Parties hold 10,234,404 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing a 0.24% beneficial interest in the Company.
