Kingspan Group Plc, the leading international manufacturer of sustainable building solutions, today announces that Mr. Louis Eperjesi will be resigning as an Executive Director from the Board with effect from 31 July 2009 to pursue other business opportunities.
Mr. Gilbert McCarthy will succeed Mr. Eperjesi as Managing Director of Kingspan's Insulated Panel Division in the UK, Ireland, Western Europe and Australasia. Mr McCarthy, who has been with the Group for the past 11 years, is currently the Managing Director of the Group's Off-site Division.
Commenting on the changes Mr. Gene Murtagh, Kingspan CEO said, "We thank Louis for his contribution to the Panel Division over the past six years and wish him well in the future. We also have every confidence that Gilbert will successfully drive the Panel Division's next phase of development."
