Transaction in own shares
Kingspan Group plc.Ā announces that onĀ 1 JulyĀ 2008Ā GoodbodyĀ purchased,Ā on behalf of the Company,Ā 200,000 ordinary sharesĀ in Kingspan Group plc.,Ā at an average price of EUR6.09Ā per share.
The highest price paid was EUR6.20Ā per share (excluding expenses) and the lowest price paid was EUR5.95Ā (excluding expenses). All the purchased shares will be held as Treasury Shares.
Following the above purchase, the Company holdsĀ 3,623,750Ā Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
The Company has 167,527,787 Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares). The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
