BLOCK LISTING APPLICATION

A block listing application has been made to the Irish Stock Exchange and to the UK Listing Authority for a total of 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares of €0.13 each ("shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to the Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange and application has been made to the Irish Stock Exchange and the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading.

Dealings in these shares are expected to commence on 2 March 2015.

These shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be allotted from time to time pursuant to the 1998 Kingspan Group plc Share Option Scheme and the Kingspan Group 2008 Performance Share Plan and will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
