Notification of Transactions by Director/Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ('PDMR')
25 June 2025: Kingfisher plc today announces the following share transactions made by Pascal Gil, CEO Castorama France, and Laurent Vittoz, CEO Brico Dépôt France (each a PDMR) which occurred on 24 June 2025.
Pascal and Laurent's conditional share awards of 37,164 and 38,117 shares respectively, granted under the Kingfisher Performance Share Plan (French Free Share Sub-Plan) vested automatically on 24 June 2025. Pascal and Laurent retained all their shares.
The PDMR notifications below, which are made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, provide further detail of the awards granted to each PDMR.
