Grant of Options
Strix Group Plc (AIM: KETL), the designer, manufacturer and supplier of kettle safety controls and other complementary water temperature management components, announces that, further to the intention disclosed in its AIM Admission Document dated 27 July 2017, it has today granted options over a total of 5,700,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares') to Mark Bartlett (CEO) and Raudres Wong (CFO).
The options have been granted at nil cost, and are subject to earnings per share based performance conditions with a total shareholder return underpin, as well as the recipients remaining employed by Strix as at 31 December 2019.
Included within the total number of options granted of 5,700,000, are individual option grants over 3,800,000 and 1,900,000 Ordinary Shares, to Mark Bartlett and Raudres Wong respectively.
Following these grants Mark Bartlett and Raudres Wong's total interest in Ordinary Shares is as described below:
