Kenetics Group Limited28 March 2008 For immediate release 28 March 2008 Kenetics Group Ltd ("Kenetics" of the "Company") Appointment of Director The Directors of the Company are pleased to announcement of Mr Terry Fuller, asa non-executive director, to the Board of Kenetics with immediate effect. Since 2001 Mr Fuller's experience has been the assistance in the provision ofsuitable persons to act as chairmen and directors of companies either on theOfficial List of the UKLA or on AIM. He has been involved also in a number ofcorporate finance transactions relating to either fundings or flotations. From 1988 until 1999 Mr Fuller was a director and from 1999 to 2001 was themanaging director and a 25 per cent shareholder in Kidsons Impey Search andSelection ("Kidsons"). Kidsons is now part of Baker Tilly UK LLP. Commenting on the appointment, the CEO of Kenetics, Mr Ken Wong, said: " We arevery pleased to announce the appointment of Terry Fuller as a non- executivedirector. Terry considerable experience in the financial markets will bringinvaluable assistance to the Company's development as a public company".
