Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Rare Earth Minerals, the AIM listed rare minerals exploration and mining company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Charlie Ainslie Wood as a Non-Executive Director to the Company with immediate effect.

Mr Wood is currently an Executive Director at AIM quoted Ortac Resources Ltd & CSS Stellar Plc. He is also a Founder and Director of Ragnar Capital Limited and was General Corporate Manager of Equatorial Palm Oil Plc prior to its listing on AIM in March 2010. He is also a Director at PLUS listed Morano Resources Limited and Everest Energy Limited. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Tasmania.
