Total Voting Rights
Following Admission of the 4,434,570 New Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Proposals, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 14,291,777 Ordinary Shares and shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
PDMR Shareholding
Dominic White and Timothy James have subscribed for Ordinary Shares in the Company as part of the Subscription, details of which are included in the table below:
