The Company operates an Inland Revenue approved Share Incentive Plan (SIP) which offers all employees the opportunity to participate in free shares, partnership shares, matching shares and dividend shares. In accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1), the share interests of the under-noted Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs) have increased this month.

In accordance with standard Inland Revenue approved Share Incentive Scheme rules, the shares are held in trust for the benefit of the participant.
