Re Subscription Period for Warrants
K3 announces that the Subscription Period for Warrants, issued pursuant to a Warrant Instrument dated 23 June 2005 and entitling Johan Och Marianne Claesson AB to subscribe for 400,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price per share of 90 pence, was extended on 24 November 2010 to expire on the date on which the Company repays a loan to CA Fastigheter AB. All other terms of the Warrants remain unaltered.
Johan Och Marianne Claesson AB and CA Fastigheter AB are companies associated with Mr Johan Claesson, a non-executive director of the Company.
Mr Claesson holds 5,551,982 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company, representing 21.54% of K3's entire issued share capital.
