The following amendment has been made to the 'Director / PDMR Shareholding' announcement released on 18 May 2015 at 12:07 under RNS No 5099N.
The correction made was to amend David Bolton's shareholding which was previously understated by 55 shares.

Director / PDMR Shareholding
K3, which provides and supports Enterprise Resource Planning software, hosting and managed services to the supply chain industry, has been notified today, that Brian Davis, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has today bought 2,253 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from David Bolton, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company a price of 247.5p per share. Following this transaction David Bolton and Brian Davis are now interested in 995,016 and 9,537 Ordinary Shares respectively, representing beneficial interests of 3.13% and 0.03% in the capital of the Company.
