The Board of K3, the IT solutions provider which provides Enterprise Resource Planning solutions to the supply chain industry, received notification on 1 June 2010Β thatΒ Mr Nigel Andrew Makeham, Chief Executive Officer has agreed to transfer with immediate effect 43,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each to his Self Invested Pension Plan at a price of 114.9p per share.

Further, the Company received notification on 1 June 2010 that Mr David Bolton, Chief Financial Officer,Β has agreed to transfer with immediate effect 43,500 Ordinary Shares of 25p each to his Self Invested Pension Plan at a price of 114.9p per share.

Following these transactions, there are no changes to both Mr Makeham's and Mr Bolton's beneficial interest in the issued share capital of the Company. Mr Makeham holds 836,081 Ordinary Shares of 25p each and Mr Bolton holds 886,800 Ordinary Shares of 25p each, representing 3.27 per cent and 3.47 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company respectively.
