K3 Business Technology Group PLC25 February 2005 K3 BUSINESS TECHOLOGY GROUP PLC ("K3") ANNOUNCES NEW CONTRACTS WINS K3, the IT solutions provider to the manufacturing, distribution and retailsectors, is pleased to announce that its subsidiaries, K3 Landsteinar and K3Elucid ("Elucid"), have won new contracts with a total value of approximately£1.05m. K3 Landsteinar, acquired in October 2004, has secured three new contracts tosupply its retail management software, worth a total of £750,000. The largest isa £300,000 deal with a leading independent homeware and fashion retailer. Thesecond, worth £250,000, provides a complete business solution for a retailer ofbeauty products. The third is a contract for approximately £200,000 with ahigh-street electronics retailer. Elucid, which supplies warehousing and distribution software and was acquired inApril 2004, has signed a contract worth £300,000 with Scotts of Stow, themail-order specialist. Elucid is to install a complete distribution solution,encompassing all the retailer's sales channels, on-line, catalogue and stores.
