Total Voting Rights

At the close of business on 30 June 2015 the Company had 82,322,345 ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") in issue including 214,000 Ordinary Shares held in treasury. The total number of current voting rights in the Company is therefore 82,108,345 Ordinary Shares.

The above figure of 82,108,345 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
