The company announces that on 18 March 2010 the following executive directors were granted awards over ordinary shares in the company of 2.5p nominal value ("Shares") under the company's Long Term Incentive Plan 2006 as nil-cost options. The awards will be exercisable, subject to performance conditions, between 18 March 2013 and 17 June 2014. No consideration was paid for the grant of the awards.
