Total Voting Rights
Following admission today of 20,869,565 ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") following completion of the placing, as announced by the Company on 22 May 2014, the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital now comprises 80,620,197 Ordinary Shares. The voting rights of all of these Ordinary Shares is identical with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company holds no Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
The above figures may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, KBC Advanced Technologies plc under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
