In accordance withΒ theΒ FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company advises that at close of business onΒ 30 SeptemberΒ 2009Β its issued share capitalΒ comprisedΒ 57,135,217Β ordinaryΒ shares of 2.5p each. The voting rights of all of these shares are identical with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company holds no ordinary shares in Treasury.
The above figures may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, KBC Advanced Technologies plc underΒ the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
