KBC Advanced Technologies plc ("KBC")
US$16 million Software Contract
KBC is pleased to announce a US$16 million, seven-year contract for the provision of Multiflash™ software, maintenance and support services to a large oil and gas services company. The contract is a major extension and expansion of scope of the previous annual royalty agreement between this client and Infochem, which KBC acquired in June 2012. The contract enables the integration of Multiflash within all of our client's production software applications which are used by the majority of oil and gas companies worldwide.
